Located in the center of Playa del Carmen we offer a gay-owned, adult-only, openminded and intimate stay with a focus on the LGBTQ-community, a place where you can be who you want to be.

With a small amount of studios and placed in the greenest area of town, LOTE4 is a place to relax when you need it but with the liveliness just around the corner. Just 2 blocks away you find the famous Quinta Avenida with all its restaurants, bars and shops.

We (Carl & Jeroen) as a well traveled gay couple wanted to open a place to the LGBTQ-community where you can feel relaxed, safe and be surrounded by like-minded travelers. As travelers ourself, we know what we wanted to offer to other travelers. Not just a hotel room but a studio, where you have the option if you don`t want to eat out all nights, to cook yourself, a home away from home. Besides a fully equipped studio, we wanted to make sure that if you need to do some work while away from home you can do that within LOTE4. 

We want to offer a place to disconnect from your hectic daily life and to be able to reconnect with yourself and the amazing things Mexico has to offer.

As owners we also live in the building together with our dog POP, who loves to be social with people.
